BIRMINGHAM, Ala. The Samford University men's and women's cross country program heads into post-season competition when both teams travel to the NCAA South Regional Meet which will be hosted by the University of Alabama at the Harry Pritchett Running Park in Tuscaloosa on Friday, Nov. 13.
